Healthy eating is not about strict dietary limitations, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, improving your outlook, and stabilizing your mood.
That’s something that we learn from the recently concluded #WeCanICan Eat Healthy Competition in conjunction with the World Cancer Day 2016. We’ve announced the winners in our Facebook Page last week:
1. Shahirah Mustaffa
2. Chiew Shel Ling
3. Chuah Ai Jou
4. Fong Chee Yong
5. Chai Moi Fah
And today we would like to share what the first prize winner, Shahirah Mustafa thinks about rainbow diet and healthy eating in general as you can read below:
We are already looking forward to next year’s World Cancer Day as it plays out as an ideal opportunity to spread the word in Malaysia and raise awareness on cancer. The ‘We Can. I can. – Empowering Malaysians to Fight Cancer’ campaign was created by Cancer Research Malaysia and SJMC to support the Union for International Cancer Control’s (UICC) World Cancer Day movement, and, we really hope you can join us in more activities next year!
