• v 1.0 Bidding begins on 11 August, 2023 at 6:00pm and ends on 11 August, 2023 at 9:00pm.
  v 2.0 Bidding begins on 13 August, 2023 at 9:00pm and ends on 25 August, 2023 at 9:00pm.
  All winners will be contacted by phone / email by 28 August 2023.
• The auction item value listed is based on an estimate of the fair market value, as determined by the item donor and CRMY. All items are sold as-is. Items are subject to change or be withdrawn without notice at any time.
• All bids must meet the minimum bid requirements, or they will be disqualified. Bidders may bid multiple times on the same item as long as they meet the bid minimum.
• The bidder with the highest recorded bid at the close of the auction will win the item. Items will not be released to winners until payment has been received in full.
• Bidders agree to pay in full the amount they bid at the conclusion of the auction. All bids and sales are FINAL, and not entitled to tax exemption receipts.
• CRMY assumes no liability for risk or hazards associated with items won. Winner assumes all responsibility for risk and injury.
