Immunotherapy
It’s unlikely that doctors mention the word “cure” with positive confidence around patients; however, much of the evidence in immunotherapy have demonstrated that a cure is possible, at least for some patients.
Immunotherapy works by training the immune system to specifically hunt out and eradicate cancer cells. At CRM, we’ve developed and tested a form of immunotherapy to do exactly that for head and neck cancer patients.
Peptide vaccine has shown promising results; it can be easily administered into patients and produces less side effects as compared to chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
Our next step is to show that it’s safe, and test it with clinical trials.
