Please familiarise yourself with the following rules before donating to ensure the auction runs smoothly and we all have a great time.

• Donation begins on 13 August, 2026 at 6:00pm and ends on 14 August, 2026 at 12:00am.
  All winners will be contacted by phone / email by 22 August 2026.
• The auction item value listed is based on an estimate of the fair market value, as determined by the item donor and CRMY. All items are sold as-is. Items are subject to change or be withdrawn without notice at any time.
• All donations must meet the minimum donation requirements, or they will be disqualified. Donors may donate multiple times on the same item as long as they meet the minimum donation amount.
• The donor with the highest recorded donation amount at the close of the online auction will win the item. Items will not be released to winners until donation has been received in full.
• Donors agree to donate in full the amount they indicated at the conclusion of the auction.
• All donations are FINAL, and NOT entitled to tax exemption receipts.
• CRMY assumes no liability for risk or hazards associated with items won. Winner assumes all responsibility for risk and injury.
